Good evening,
I wanted to introduce myself as a Neighbourhood PC for Welwyn Hatfield South, specifically I am responsible for two areas - Hatfield East & Hatfield South.
I joined the Constabulary in March 2015 and was posted to Hatfield, where I have spent my career so far, including:
7+ years on the Intervention/Response team - Learning the role and becoming a tutor.
2+ years on the Scorpion Team - Tackling acquisitive crime, and working alongside multiple departments.
I applied to join the Neighbourhood Policing Team, and joined in January 2025.
We're frequently publicising our arrests on social media and you may have seen from my recent post how varied the role is, following a short diary of three shifts as a Neighbourhood PC during Neighbourhood Policing Team. The role is varied and includes investigating crime, engagement events and proactive policing.
I'm keen to continue bringing a proactive skill-set to the Neighbourhood Policing role, and committed to following-up on any intelligence provided by the public. Please keep the intelligence coming!
